I don't know about parking, but I got what looks to be good directions
from www.mapquest.com.  I selected "Sports Complexes" for Chicago, and
the UIC Pavilion was one of the choices.  BTW, its address is 1150
W. Harrison.  The directions basically are:

Take I-57 North until it ends, at which point it merges into I-94 (Dan
Ryan Expressway).

Continue on I-94 West, it will merge with I-90 West.

Continue on I-90/I-94 West.

Exit onto I-290 West (Eisenhower Expressway).

Exit Morgan St./1000 W, exit number 29B, and turn left (south) onto
Morgan St. (it looks like Morgan St. is only a couple of exits from
where you get on I-290).

Go a block or two on Morgam St., then turn right (west) onto Harrison
St.  The Pavilion is just a few blocks up on Harrison.

The directions say that the total distance is about 137 miles,
estimated driving time, 2:37 (which seems quite conservative to me).
