Rose wisely points out that you can also turn on digest mode.  This
way, at the end of each day, you get all of the emails batched in a
single email, instead of receiving each message separately as soon as
they are sent.  The directions are similar as above, but on the third
screen, scroll down to the gray box and change the digest mode.
