hey y'all,
This is a question i would like to ask everyone and honestly it
reflects some doubt i have in taking this campaign entirely seriously.
The issue is that Nader is so repetitive, why? There is a certain
privelage to him not being heard in the debates; we're the only ones
listening to him. When's the last time a student for Gore or Bush has
gone to a meeting? Because his audience is so marginal and sympathetic,
we've heard all of his lines--funny and pointed as they are. He should
really think of something more to say than "a corporation running for
president disguised as a human" and the ice cream story. C'mon, how many
times have we heard these. Also, he is so gung-ho about bashing the other
candidates that he has yet to detail any of his policies, I think. I'm
totally down with the ideals of the green party and they give me hope that
there will be justice in the world, however this campaign seems a bit
questionable to me because of the these minor inconsistencies. Also, has
anyone ever seen LaDuke? I'd like to hear her.
thanks a mill,
esteban
