I came across this nice op-ed at The Nation's website called "Vote
for Nader."

"Deep social change is made by deep social movements, not by edicts.

"But the left-wing Gore-ites often seem oblivious to the dynamics
of real social change. They say we have to build an
alternative politics--only just not yet."

It's an enjoyable read and also a concise argument for why not to vote
for Gore.

The "Vote for Gore" piece (off of http://www.thenation.com/e2k/) seems
comparatively weak and to me it reads something like "Well,
Gore/Lieberman aren't really that different from Bush, but they
pretend, so that's significant!"
